摘    要:弘扬优秀传统文化、创新国学传承模式是文化自信的基本内涵之一,但当前,国学师资问题成为了制约国学教育健康发展的一大瓶颈。国学师资应该具有知行合一的教学创造力,以推进国学课程体系和教学模式的创造性转化,如此,才能成为国学教育自主创新的"源头活水"。培养国学师资需要创设国学常识类、文本解读类、课程教学类、教学技能类等四类课程,形成基础型、提高型、专业型三种教学层次,构建经典式、探究式、实践式三种教学模式。这种内生式教师专业发展逻辑是国学教育可持续发展的基本保证。

Abstract:One of the basic connotations of cultural confidence is carrying forward excellent traditional culture and innovating the inheritance mode of Chinese traditional culture. At present, however, the lack of Chinese traditional culture teachers has become the bottleneck in the healthy development of Chinese traditional culture education. Chinese traditional culture teachers should have teaching creativity of knowledge-action unity in order to promote the creative transformation of Chinese traditional culture curriculum system and teaching mode, and become the fresh water source of self-dependent innovation of Chinese traditional culture education. Cultivation of teachers requires four courses:creating text reading, curriculum design, teaching in classroom, and teaching skills. It needs to form three levels of teaching:basic, advanced and professional levels. It needs to structure three kinds of teaching modes:classic type, inquiry type, and practical type. The logic of endogenous teacher professional development is the basic guarantee of sustainable development of Chinese traditional culture education.
