新生代农民工市民化进程中职业能力动态演进

在新生代农民工市民化进程中，职业能力具有基础性能力支撑作用。研究通过构建二元logit模型，以新生代农民工的职业成长为主线，进行职业能力动态演进研究。研究发现，新生代农民工在职业成长过程中的职业能力演进特征显著，在促进新生代农民工职业成长的职业能力诸因素中，新生代农民工专业能力的作用呈下降趋势，方法能力的作用呈上升趋势，网络能力的作用呈相对稳定趋势。从策略上看，应进行新生代农民工职业能力的系统性开发；推动新生代农民工职业能力的重点性突破；设计新生代农民工职业能力差别化开发方案。

The Dynamic Evolution of Occupational Capabilities of New-generation Migrant Workers

In the process of citizenization of new-generation migrant workers, occupational capabilities play basic supportive roles. Based on the binary Logistic model, this study carried out the research on the evolution of occupational capabilities in the process of career growth. The study finds that evolution characteristics of new-generation migrant workers are significant. The role of professional capability is decreasing; the role of method capability is increasing, while the role of network capability is relatively stable. From the strategic point of view, we should systematically develop the occupational capabilities; identify the key occupational capabilities that promote career growth at all stages, and design strategies accordingly; follow the rules of the evolution of occupational capabilities and design differentiated occupational capabilities development programs.
