| 摘 要： | 云南省贡山独龙族怒族自治县是我国最为贫困的一个县,自"八七扶贫攻坚计划"实施十年后的今天,县域农户仍处于贫困之中。本研究以高覆盖率(31个村小组),大样本(188多户)农户调查的第一手资料为基础,真实地反应了该地区农村贫困的现状及原因,并提出了相应的反贫困对策,以促进该地区反贫困工作的开展。

| Abstract: | Gongshan Dulong-Nu Autonomous County is one of the poorest counties in China.Since the implementation of "Eighth-seven Poverty-eradication Plan" ten years ago,the poverty in this county has remained the same.Based on the first-hand investigation of 188 villagers from 31 natural villages,this research truthfully reports the situation and causes of poverty in this area,and then brings forward corresponding countermeasures for poverty-eradication. |
