| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the Three Representatives, the paper first states the strategic significance of building Chengdu into an important western cultural center. Then, it analyses and compares its advantageous regional characteristics: historical cultural connotations, geological position, the up growth of cultural markets and services and solid strength of education and technology. Finally, the paper puts forward the correspondent measures and ways. |
