| 摘 要： | 从1998年7月1日起,在我国一直延续实行的住房福利制宣告结束,住房分配货币化的执行,住宅消费逐渐成为城市居民的消费热点,对我国房地产市场发展是一个极大的促进,房地产市场成为重要的投资领域,房地产业成为拉动国民经济增长的支柱产业。以时间为线索,从1998年到2009年,我国房地产市场的发展历程大体可以分为四个时期,每个时期都有独特的属性和特征。
