教育中的心理惩罚成因分析

摘    要:心理惩罚作为教育中的一种普遍存在的现象,产生了极其不良的后果,影响了教育教学工作的顺利开展.要解决心理惩罚问题,必须分析清楚心理惩罚的成因.心理惩罚的形成原因主要有以下几个方面:重视教育的社会功能而轻视教育的个体功能;社会、家庭期望过高,支持不足;教育内部的不平衡、不平等;教师教育素养缺乏;教师的心理健康状况不佳;法律法规模糊等.

Abstract:Psychological punishment,as a very common phenomenon in education,produces very bad results.It influences the progress of education.In order to solve the problems of psycholgoical punishment,we must analyze the contributing factors.The contributing factors are composed of the following repects:we attach importance to the social function rather than the individual function;society and families have high expectation yet less support;there exists inequality in education itself ;some teachers are poor in quality;their psychological health is not ideal;some rules and regulations are vague,etc.
