| 摘 要： | 信息公开是现代民主政府的重要义务与职责,其实质是保障公民知情权的实现.基于此,本文深入探讨了知情权的概念,即法律关系的一方从另一方依法了解与自身利益相关信息的权利与自由;知情权可根据不同的标准类型化,并与隐私权、保密权、信息公开权等存在非常密切的关联.

| Abstract: | Information open is the important obligation and duty of modern democratic government ,which essentially ensures the realization of civil right to know .Hence ,in this paper,the concept of right to know will be defined that access to information of his good from the other in legal relation and can be classified according to different learning criterions ,associated consanguineously with those concepts such as right of privacy ,secrecy and information open ,and so on . |
