| Abstract: | The scientific propaganda is the necessary in way which science changes into actual productivity. Scientific propaganda and economic construction interplay and help each other. Scientific propanda can bring about a great advance in economic construction by enhancing people' s science and technology quality. Economic construction will supply scientific propaganda with material support and demand power. |
