| 摘 要： | 根据所采用的分析范式,公司并购理论研究大致可以分为三个阶段:公司并购理论的管理学范式、经济学范式和实证主义范式.可以看出,公司并购理论已经有了较为成熟的理论框架和方法论体系,但也存在一些研究视角的遗漏,冲突行为可能成为未来公司并购理论研究的一个创新视角.

| Abstract: | According to the analysis type,the research process of corporate merger theory can be divided into three development stage: research in principles of management,analysis by means of economics and investigation by the aid of demonstration.it's obvious that the theoretical and methodological framework of corporate merger theory already exists,but at the same time some research prospectives are omitted,conflict behavior is just the creative prospective of corporate merger theory in the future. |
