| 摘 要： | 农业剩余劳动力问题在我国显现已久,国内对该问题的研究成果也不少.在此背景下,笔者通过大量的实践调查,运用定量与定性分析相结合,实证与规范分析相结合的方法,研究了山东省菏泽市农业剩余劳动力外移的原因和六个特征,并从"离乡式"与"不离乡式"两个方向提出了解决菏泽市农业剩余劳动力外移问题的对策建议.当然,本文的研究成果对其他地市解决农业剩余劳动力外移问题也具有借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The problem on surplus agriculture labour force has been for a long time in China,and a lot of studies about the problem have been published.At the background,I,by the practice ,and not only combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,but also combining demonstration analysis and criterion analysis,investigated reasons and characters of surplus agriculture labour force in Heze city moving outside ,and bring forward countermeature to resolve the problem, which includes"parting from hometown model" and "not parting from hometown model".Of course, the study has provided use for other cities facing the same problem as Heze city. |
