| Abstract: | Nowadays,how to fulfill the view of scientific development further,and assume the new type of industrialization having Guizhou Characteristics,with great content of technology,excellent economic benefit and with low consumption of energy and little environmental pollution,in which the human resources of the province is full made of,the solution of this problem will be of strategic significant to build a comparatively well-off society in Guizhou province comprehensively and speed up the cause of enriching the people and thriving the province to realize a large historic leap in social and economic development.Some recommendations are proposed in this paper. |
