摘    要:装备制造业是国家基础性和战略性产业,装备制造业发展的关键是人才及技术创新。我国是工程教育大国,但还不是工程教育强国。“卓越计划”是促进我国由工程教育大国迈向工程教育强国的重大举措。以沈阳工业大学建立的面向装备制造业的“卓越计划”教育基地为案例,具体探讨卓越工程师教育培养发展战略及教育培养途径,旨在为我国装备制造业发展培养优秀的技术创新基础人才。

Abstract:Equipment manufacturing industry is a national basic and strategic industry, whose key of development is talent and technological innovation. China is a big country of engineering education, but not a powerful one yet. “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” is an important initiative which promotes China from a big country of engineering education to a powerful one. Taking the education base of “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” adapting to equipment manufacturing industry established by Shenyang University of Technology as example, the development stategy and path of education and training of excellent engineers are discussed in detail. The objective is to cultivate excellent basic talents of technological innovation for the development of equipment manufacturing industry in China.
