| 摘 要： | 资源性产品定价不合理导致经济社会中资源配置无法实现帕累托最优，也带来很多消极的社会后果。在分析资源性产品价值构成的基础上，提出让市场发挥主导作用来形成反映资源价值和稀缺程度的价格，明晰资源性产品的产权归属，有效分捧资源开发利用中的生态成本和环境成本，改革现行税制，完善资源性产品的价格机制等对策建议。

| Abstract: | Unreasonable price system of resource products can not realize Pareto optimality in resource allocation,and brings lots of negative results.Based on the analysis of the component parts in the resource products value,the paper put forward some advices,such as leting market play a leading role in forming price that reflects the value and scarcity degree of resource products,making clear the ownership of resource,sharing effectively the ecological cost and environment cost in resources development and utilization,reforming the present taxation system and perfecting price system of resource products. |
