论我国政府诚信的构建

政府诚信建设对于维护政府权威具有重要意义。而反观我国政府目前的表现，却发现政府失信现象十分普遍，主要体现在：政府政策朝令夕改、政务不公开、官员腐败、官僚主义作风、数字造假等等。究其原因，主要是我国长期的“官本位”思想、强政府弱公民的社会非均衡态势、社会监督约束机制不到位以及缺乏对失信行为的有效惩戒机制。基于此，我们可以从强化公务员的诚信意识、建立政府诚信的法律保障机制、完善政务公开制度、完善失信惩戒制度、完善监督制约机制以及加强全社会的诚信体系建设几方面来构建我国政府的诚信。
