| 摘 要： | 用水冲突是中国古代基层社会冲突之一,在一些水资源相对匮乏的地区尤其显着.宋代用水冲突可大致分为均水之讼、侵水纠纷和功能性用水纷争三种情形.透过宋代用水纠纷,可以初步了解宋代用水秩序失衡的缘由,并进而触及到当时的水资源环境与基层控制等问题,丰富和深化对宋代社会的认识.
