| 摘 要： | 购并在企业发展中具有重要的作用 ,它是增强企业核心竞争能力 ,实现规模经济效应的有效途径。企业要综合考虑购并所带来的正面及负面效应 ,避免企业经营陷入困境。文章从交易成本和管理成本入手 ,借助于均衡模型 ,对购并企业适度规模问题进行了探讨。
