电子政务环境下政府信息能力的提升

电子政务环境下政府大量使用现代信息技术手段来处理行政事务,培养和提升政府信息能力能够促进政府提高行政效率,改善政府决策水平,提高政府服务质量。通过对政府信息能力内涵的分析,指出电子政务环境下政府信息能力的提升可以从两方面入手,即改善政府信息资源的构成要素和提高政府对信息资源的应用能力。

On advance of information capability of government under environment of e-government:a case of Fujian Province

Under the environment of e-government, the government applies a great deal of modern information technology means to deal with administrative affairs. To cultivate and improve the information capability of government can promote the development of administrative efficiency, improve the decision-making level of government, and improve the service quality of government. Through analyzing the connotation of information capability of government, it is pointed out that the information capability of government can be improved from two aspects under environment of e-government, namely, to improve the composing elements of government information resources, and to improve the application ability of government on information resources.
