| 摘 要： | 发展是党执政兴国的第一要务 ,是一个战略性命题 ,它是解决我国所有问题的关键 ;发展是党执政兴国的第一要务 ,是一个政治性命题 ,它关系到我国现代化建设事业的成败 ,关系到社会主义的前途和命运 ;发展是党执政兴国的第一要务 ,是一个时代性命题 ,它体现了发展是带有世界历史性的客观要求 ;发展是党执政兴国第一要务 ,是一个规律性命题 ,它符合事物发展规律 ,是我党执政实践经验的总结。

| Abstract: | Development is both the strategic and political thing of the Chinese Communist Party. Strategy, because it is the key to solve all the problems in China; political, because it is closely related with the modernization of China and its socialist prospect. Therefore, development is not only the first thing to vitalize China, but also an epoch-making idea. It embodies the idea that development is of world nature, it is objective. Besides, in order to vitalize the state,the Chinese Communist Party needs to put importance on development because it is a regular idea of law, it complies with the law of matter and it is the summarization of the Party's practice experience. |
