| 摘 要： | 对科技金融的内涵进行界定,运用仿生管理学理论分析科技金融的结构,进而构建基于产业视角的科技金融体系并进行深入剖析。探索科技金融产业及其产业链的形成机理,从本质上阐述产业、科技、金融三者之间的关系,从产业视角研究科技金融体系的构建。拓展科技金融的研究思路,对科技金融体系的发展与完善具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The concept of science &technology finance is defined;the structure of science &technology finance is analyzed by applying bionic management theory. And then the science &technology finance system is constructed from perspective of industry and analyzed deeply. The formation mechanisms of science &technology finance industry and its industrial chain are explored, the relationship among industry, science &technology and finance are explained essentially. The construction of science &technology finance system is studied from perspective of industry. It expands the chain of thoughts of studies on science &technology finance, and of some referencing significance for the development and perfection of science &technology finance system. |
