| 摘 要： | 民办高校长期依靠兼职教师的做法严重制约了民办高等教育的发展。民办高校要形成办学的良性循环,必须要有高质量、稳定的师资队伍。从分析目前民办高校师资建设中存在的诸如师资队伍不稳定、结构不合理、管理制度不完善等问题出发,提出建立良好的内、外部环境是民办高校师资队伍建设的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Non-governmental institutions of higher learning restrict their development because of the large number of part-time teachers.So,if non-governmental institutions of higher learning want to form benign circle, they must have high quality and stable teaching staff.Based on the problems currently existing in the construction of teaching staff of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,the article puts forward that constructing good interior and exterior environment is important guarantee of teaching staff construction in non-governmental institutions of higher learning. |
