| 摘 要： | 校园文化是学校文化底蕴、文化积淀和文化品位的集中体现。它在很大程度上限制和约束学校的行为,影响着师生员工的行为规范,加强校园文化建设是高等院校自身的主要任务之一。本文就高等院校校园文化的作用和建设,论述了加强校园文化建设的重大意义,提出了加强校园文化建设的途径和方法,旨在让校园文化在培养人才中发挥出应有的魅力。
