| 摘 要： | 文章就中国职业女性休闲的限制因素、休闲活动本身存在的制约、如何发展有意义的休闲等问题进行分析。通过借用苏珊.萧提出的分析框架,结合心理学的＂阻＂与＂畅＂的概念,在数据分析的基础上,深入探讨性别体验的复杂性,以展示中国职业女性参与休闲活动的障碍与机会。

| Abstract: | This essay analyzes the constraints that Chinese working women face in their leisure lives,the constraints of the leisure activities and how to develop meaningful leisure lives.Through borrowing the analysis framework from Susan M.Shaw,using the psychological concept of boredom and flow,and based on the analysis of data,this essay explores the complex experiences of leisure,and explains the obstacle and opportunity of Chinese working women face in their leisure lives. |
