| 摘 要： | 女性犯罪并非仅仅主体为女性的“男性犯罪”，从一开始便呈现出与男性犯罪相异的“轨迹”。以往的研究者对犯罪行为的研究多进行单维研究，或注重分析犯罪主体的个体因素，或注重分析社会变迁、流动诱发女性犯罪行为的作用，很少有研究者将犯罪行为放在一个动态、综合的因素体系中进行考察。本文试图将女性犯罪置于一个社会关系的综合体系中予以分析，以期把握女性犯罪所异于男性犯罪的特征。

| Abstract: | The female crime is concerned with the family and social culture.In the past,researchers studied the crime using a unilateral perspective,or paid attention to the individual elements of crimes.Or they put the emphasis on the analysis of social changes,mobile induced women crime.Few researchers put the female crime in a dynamic and comprehensive factors.This article tries to put female crime into a comprehensive system to analyze and to hold characteristics of female crimes. |
