| 摘 要： | 基于三个真实女性当事人的离婚、家庭暴力和土地权案件，从他们所处的社会意识、社区文化、家庭环境的困境，现实法律规则与司法的局限性，以及法学教育与培训中社会性别意识的缺失等方面，运用社会性别工具解构与重塑了涉及女性当事人权益案件的律师实务内涵与外延。
