摘    要:1997-2007年是我国民办幼儿教育事业发展的黄金时期,在此期间民办幼儿园数量和在园幼儿数成倍增加,师资力量不断提升。究其原因,国家政策法规的强力保障、民办幼儿教育自身发展的必然需求和幼儿教育市场的有力推动是促进我国民办幼儿教育事业蓬勃发展的主要因素。在政府的财政支持和宏观管理下,民办幼儿教育将持续发展,办园模式和服务形式将趋向多元化,其质量的提升将主要依靠科学的内部管理和稳定的师资力量。

Abstract:From 1997 to 2007, it's a golden time for the development of private preschool education in China. During the period, the number of private kindergartens and in - kindergarden children has doubled, the qualification of teachers has strengthened continuously. There are three main factors promoting the vigorous development of private preschool education, the powerful guarantee of national policies and regulations, their requirement of self- development and the strong driven of childhood education market. Under the government's supporting in educational funds and macro - management, the private preschool education will develop continuously, with the diversification of kindergarten pattern and service form. And the quality of preschool education will mainly depend on scientific internal management and the stable qualification of teachers.
