贵州省网吧管理现状及法律思考

随着贵州省网吧行业的发展，网吧规模在迅速扩大，在满足人们对信息文化需求的同时，网吧推动着信息产业经济的发展。但受制于贵州省落后的经济和社会管理状况，网吧的管理水平并没有随着网吧数量的增加而提高。网吧普及带来的社会问题制约着贵州省网吧行业健康发展。如何加强网吧行业自身管理和政府职能部门的监管就成了我们需要思考的重要问题。基于此，我们从贵州省网吧行业的现状出发，在深入分析贵州省网吧行业管理中存在的问题的基础上，从法律的角度思考出现这些问题的原因，并提出促进贵州省网吧行业健康发展的对策和措施。

The Present Situation about the Internet Cafes in Guizhou and a Legal Solution to It

With the development of the Internet cafes in Guizhou, the scale of Internet care is expanding rapidly in order to meet the peopl＇s needs on culture and information, while Internet cafes promote the development of electronic information industry. However, the management does not improve the rapid increase of the number of Internet cafes because of the backward economic and social management in Guizhou. A series of social problems come into being with the increase of Internet cafes. These problems hold back the sound development of the Internet cafe industry. How to strengthen the management of the Internet cafe industry by itself and how to prove the government＇s regulatory functions become the main issue. Based on the current situation in the Internet cafe management in Guizhou, we will consider the causative factors from the legal view and propose the policies and measures in order to keep the sound development of the Internet cafe industry.
