| 摘 要： | 目的总结老年人慢性硬膜下血肿诊治;方法分析本文中66例慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的病史、临床表现、治疗术式及治疗结果;结果有些老年人慢性硬膜下血肿病例的外伤史不明显,临床表现和体征无特异性,容易造成误诊,本组66例中无明显外伤史19例(29%),临床表现主要是意识障碍和精神异常,治疗术式为钻孔引流;结论在临床上老年人慢性硬膜下血肿应作CT检查以排除或确诊;术后一般留置引流管,术中彻底冲洗。清除纤维蛋白原降解产物是治疗该病和预防复发的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the features of dignosis and treatment of chronic subdurl hematoma in old people. Methods The history, clinical manifestation,treatment and effect was analyzed in 66 cases of chronic subdurl hematoma(CSDH). Results Traumatic history was not clear cut in some cases, and there were not specific in symptoms and signs, which was noot easy to be dignosed. 19 cases of 66(29WTB3%)had unobvious traumatic histories, whose chief manifestation were conscious disturbance, adnormal mind. Conclusions It is necessary to use CT to decide CSDH. The drainage tube should be indwelled. Thorough removal of FDP is the key to treat and prevent CSDH. |
