吉林省社区建设存在的问题及对策研究

在十六届四中全会提出的"构建社会主义和谐社会"思想的感召下,吉林省进一步加强了社区的建设,并在几年的时间里取得了可喜的成绩.但是,即便如此,在全省社区的建设过程中,仍然存在着许多问题.这在一定程度上阻碍了我省构建和谐社会的进度.当务之急,我省应该采取一套有效可行的办法,解决社区建设中显现出的诸多弊端,为顺利构建和谐社会打下一个良好的基础.

The Study of the Problems and the Countermeasures of Jilin Province Community Construction

Under impelling of the thought which construct socialism harmonious society in the 16th session of the Fourth Plenary Session, Jilin province strengthens further to construct social cornerstone-community, and has obtained encouraging result in several years. But, even if so, entire province community construction, still has many problems. These problems hinder the progress which our province constructs harmonious society. Urgent matter, our province should adopt a set of effective and feasible means to solute a series of malpractices which appear in community construction, thus, our province could build a good foundation for constructing society smoothly.
