| Abstract: | The development of the private individual economy in the past twenty years in Foshan shows that knowledge, science and information are indispensable to the private run enterprises. This paper argues that the policy should guide the private enterprises to develop into modern ones and we should take the length, width and scale of their development into serious consideration for the purpose of finding out the best means to achieve the goal of the development. |
