摘    要:人才队伍建设是实施人才强国战略的关键,也是一项宏大的系统工程,需要科学决策、科学规划、科学实施.现代,管理理论时于在新的历史条件下加强人才队伍建设具有重要的作用,运用管理决策理论,抉择人才强国战略;运用管理领导理论,加强对人才工作的领导;运用管理系统理论,树立科学全面的人才观;运用管理环境理论,营造有利于人才辈出的和谐环境:运用管理激励理论,完善和创新人才激励机制;运用管理控制理论,建立和健全人才控制机制.

Abstract:To construct a team of talents, which is the key to implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, is a giant systematic project, which should be decided, planned and implemented scientifically. Modern management theories play an important role in strengthening the construction of the team of talents: the management decision-making theory should be involved in choosing the suitable strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development; management the leadership theory should be taken to enhance the leadership in managing affairs related to talents; the management system theory should be practiced to establish a scientific view of talents in an all-round way; the management environment theory should be considered when building a harmonious environment for talents; the management motivation theory should be implemented to improve and innovate the motivation mechanics; the management controlling theory should be taken to set up and perfect the controlling mechanics for talents.
