| Abstract: | In order to upgrade the individual and the whole nation's innovation capability, we must reform the educational system and means, devote ourselves to cultivating the students' innovation consciousness, thought ways, and improving their practical and operating ability. The author of this paper not only discourses upon how to cultivate and train a person's innovation capability, but also puts forwards some suggestions. |
