朝鲜战争前期,美国操纵联合国通过了一系列干预和扩大朝鲜战争的决议,其实很多对决议投赞成票的国家并非无条件追随美国。对美国扩大战争的倾向,美国的部分盟国及以印度为首的亚洲阿拉伯国家在联合国内外进行了多种形式的抗争,成为推动朝鲜战争局部化的重要力量。

The US Allies and the Arab-Asian Group Make Resistance to the U.S. Policy of War Escalation in the Korean War

In the early days of the Korean War, U.S. manipulated the United Nations （UN） to pass a series of resolutions which decided to intervene and escalate the war. In fact, the great majority of the UN members who voted for the resolutions did not obey US unconditionally. Some allies of US and the Arab--Asian group made resistance to the U. S. policy of war escalation. They are one of the important forces to localize the war.
