摘    要:本文运用Giora的分级显性意义假说分析了Langacker的认知参照点理论,并对反语中的认知参照点进行分析,得出反语中的认知参照点也是层级突显的结论,为反语的理解提供一个新的视角。

Abstract:As a humor, ironic rhetoric form, irony is applied extensively in oral and written English. This article tries to use Giora's Graded Salience Hypothesis to analyze Langacker's cognitive reference point theory and then analyze the cognitive reference point in irony and find out that the cognitive reference point in irony is also graded salience and it is also provide a new perspective for the understanding of irony.
