| 摘 要： | 当下关于我国《环境保护法》修改的各种意见、方案中,对《环境保护法》的地位、称谓、价值、原则、制度等的认识很不一致、不明确.本文力图以环境公共政策为视角,对环境保护法修改中涉及的上述问题进行研究,以期引致学界对这些问题的进一步关注.
