On the Shiftof Narrating Focus in Central Wu Romance of the Ming Dynasty

By comparing and analyzing the subject matter,the narrating strategy and the plot mode of the central Wu romance in its early and later stage,the writer concludes that the narrating focus becomes more and more emotion- loaded and emotion- oriented with the writings of the later stage.This shift of the narrating focus is closely related to the social, cultural and ideological changes taking place in central Wu area.
