| 摘 要： | 婚姻公示具有理论意义和实践意义.现行婚姻登记制度忽视公示属性,缺失"事实婚"的国家记载.结合传统与现实,完善婚姻登记制度,组建结婚过程的婚姻公示制度体系:结婚申请、缔结婚姻意思表达、婚姻公告、婚姻登记、事实婚的户籍身份登记、统一婚姻信息备案、婚姻仪式及婚姻见证等制度.
