| 摘 要： | 乡村治理是社会建设的重要组成内容.重庆三峡库区的乡村治理,因其独特的社会和经济背景而具有特殊性,如大量的人口负载,治理主体弱质化以及三峡工程移民是一种由政府主导的非自愿移民等等.当重 庆市在"百万移民"的任务中占85%时,三峡库区"乡村治理的困惑"这一问题,便已经超过了其地域概念.
