| Abstract: | The special geographical location and living surrounding of the XiXia St ate made "Tiansheng Laws" adopt laws of Tang and Song Dynasty, at the same time had its own obvious characters, such as rigorous penalty, complete military laws , thinking highly of economic laws about framland and water conservancy and regu lating the ranks of government. |
