| Abstract: | The explanation focuses on the problems existing in the tort liability regulation about the copyright of network musical compositions in China now.Then the mature legislation in the typical countries is borrowed and applied to the detailed analysis of practical situation in our country.At last,some systematic and operability suggestions are proposed in order to perfect the legislation of digital musical composition copyright and the relevant systems. |
