| 摘 要： | 企业国有资产流失具有多种表现形式:决策失误、管理不善、产权不清、违法违纪等等,企业国有资产流失问题既损害了国家利益,也影响到企业的生存和发展,如何确保企业国有资产保值增值,有效预防国有资产流失是一项系统过程,需溯其根源,多管齐下,综合治理.
