| 摘 要： | 经济全球化和经济结构调整给我国许多产业带来了巨大的挑战，我国的产业重组即将进入一个高峰时期。产业组织内外的因素要求政府必须介入产业重组，以提升地区和产业的竞争力；但是政府介入产业重组必须遵循市场原则，依据不同产业的实际情况去推动产业重组。

| Abstract: | The economic globalization and the economic structure adjustment bring challenges to many industries in China and result in an upcoming peak of industrial restructure. Both internal and external factors of the industrial organization require an intervention of the local government in the industrial restructure in order to upgrade regional and industrial competitiveness. The local government should promote the industrial restructure according to the rule of market and the actual conditions. |
