| 摘 要： | 自然法学说是西方法律思想史上一种十分重要的法学思想流派,其学说渊源于古希腊,延绵不断发展到当代,对西方社会、历史、文化都有深远的影响。菲尼斯是新自然法学派在英国发展的理论重镇,他把从古希腊到18世纪的自然法理论统称为＂古典自然法理论＂,把启蒙运动之后自然法理论的新发展称为自然法理论的现代传统,总结了自然法从古代到近代的发展历程。

| Abstract: | The natural law theory is one of the most important legal theories in the West.Originated from ancient Greece it has been developing to the present day and exerts profound influence on Western society,history and culture.John Finnis is an important natural law theorist in contemporary jurisprudence in the UK.He categorizes the natural theory from ancient Greece to 18th Century into classical natural law theory,and the new development after the Enlightenment into its modern traditions. |
