| 摘 要： | 我国国有商业银行的改革困难重重,难以取得重大突破和实质性进展,其根本原因在于银行没有彻底摆脱政府干预的阴影、资产所有者缺位、产权制度改革滞后、没有建立起良好的法人治理结构。因此,实施股份制改造,加快建立现代产权制度和良好的法人治理结构是国有商业银行走出困境的有效途径。

| Abstract: | China state-owned commercial banks are facing many difficulties in their reform, have made little break-through and substantial progress. The main reasons are as follows: being not completely free from governments' interference, non-existence of capital ownership, reform of property rights institution being lagged behind, unhealthy managerial structure of corporation. Therefore, the effective ways to help state-owned commercial banks are stock transformation, establishing modern property rights institution, and healthy managerial structure of corporation. |
