| 摘 要： | 《西游记》塑造了众多的妖怪形象,其中牛魔王是作品中出场最早、着墨最浓、最受作者重视、最具文化内涵的妖怪形象.它不仅是《西游记》以猴说法佛学思想的重要补充,表征了作者抑道扬佛的思想倾向,作者还赋予了牛魔王一个世俗人所具有的世间相,写了他从魔到归佛的过程,并在其形象的哲学层面上,继承了禅宗以牛说法的思想.作品还通过对牛魔王的妻子、儿子、弟弟和江湖朋友的描写,把牛魔王形象的文化内涵,推进到了佛教唯识学的层面上,使牛魔王这一形象,沉淀了丰厚的文化内涵.

| Abstract: | Ox Demon King,one of the most popular demon images in Journey to the West,is not only a supplement to Buddhist ideology with Monkey King expounding the Buddhist doctrine,but also an embodiment of the author's tendency to curb Taoism and advocate Buddhism.The author of the novel infuses common human desires into Ox Demon King's mind in his transformational process from a demon to a disciple to Buddha,and from a philosophical perspective inherits the Zen thought of using the Ox to expound Buddhism.With the portrayal of Ox Demon King's wife,son and friends,his image has assumed profound cultural meanings. |
