| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin's exposition on socialist political civilization is a new theoretical development in building socialist civilization with Chinese characteristics. As a product of "emancipating the mind" and of "seeking truth from facts", this new development is in conformity with the regular pattern of building socialist civilization with Chinese characteristics. It will help to bring into full play the advantages of china s political civilization construction and to draw on the beneficial achievements of world political civilizations. |
