| Abstract: | Water is one of the 3 major resources for human beings to keep alive and also a decisive factor for the development of industry, agriculture and national economy as a whole. Therefore, we should keep water conservancy as a basic industry firmly in mind and get to know the situation of water resources and relevant problems ahead before we can find out solutions so as to ensure a smooth performance of the reform, opening to the outside world and national economy in Beilun. |
