| 摘 要： | 创新是社会经济持续发展的决定性因素，加快创新体系建设，是提高技术创新能力，增强核心竞争力的必然选择。西部地区创新能力相对薄弱，制约了社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高。通过对知识管理系统及区域创新系统的分析，探寻它们之间的结合点，并基于知识管理这一系统方法，研究西部地区区域创新系统的构建模式，以达到提升西部地区区域创新力，推动西部产业结构升级的目的。
