| 摘 要： | 马克思主义人权理论主要是在对古典人权理论批判与继承的基础上发展起来的,既肯定了古典人权理论的历史进步性,又超越了其历史局限性。马克思主义人权理论包括人权的历史发展观、人权的阶级观、人权的主体观等内容。从方法上看,马克思主义人权理论是以唯物辩证法为基础,理论与实践相结合,阐释人类解放的理论。

| Abstract: | Marxist human rights theory mainly developed on the basis of criticizing and inheriting theory of classical human fights, affirming the historical progress of classical human rights theory and transcending its historical limitations. Marxist human rights theory included the historical view of human fights development, the class view of human rights and the subject view of human fights, etc. Methodologically, Marxist human rights theory was based on dialectical materialism, and explained the human liberation theory by combining theory with practice. |
