| 摘 要： | 在我国财政拨款和学生学费无法大幅增长的情况下,慈善捐赠成为高等教育一个潜力巨大的"资金市场"。当前,我国应着力构建并完善"三位一体"的高校慈善捐赠运作模式,政府应加强制度建设和文化宣传,高校应加强资金募集的组织与实施,社会应建立监督机制。

| Abstract: | Under the situation that China＇s financial allocation and students＇ tuition cannot increase greatly,charitable donations become a ＂capital market＂ with huge potential for higher education.At present,our country should focus on constructing and perfecting ＂trinity＂ college charitable donation operation mode,the government should strengthen the institutional construction and cultural propaganda,the university should strengthen the organization and implementation of capital collection,and society should establish supervision mechanism. |
