| 摘 要： | 善政是历代政府和人民所追求的理想政治管理模式,善治是良好的治理,是政府和公民对社会公共事务的合作管理。对正处于转型期的中国社会而言,以善政为现实基础,以民本思想为核心,不断发展壮大公民社会,善治才能最终得以实现。

| Abstract: | Good politics is the ideal political management mode by the pursuit of the government and the people in all ages; good governance is good management, is cooperative management of government and citizens in public affairs. As for the transition period of Chinese society, taking good politics as the realistic foundation, people-oriented thought as the core, continuous growing and developing civil society, eventually good governance can be realized. |
